Terms and Conditions

Each customer is considered to have read and agreed to our terms and conditions upon opening an account with 24-7 Express Shipping. We encourage account holders to regularly review these terms to stay informed of any updates. After completing the registration process, customers will receive our U.S. mailing address and a unique mailbox number, which must be used for all product shipments.

Incomplete shipping addresses may result in charges for incorrect addresses or misdelivery of goods. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that merchants package items properly to facilitate safe delivery and avoid harm to people, property, or the items themselves.

Consequently, 24-7 Express Shipping disclaims liability for items damaged by external parties, including internet retailers or customs officials in Jamaica. We are only liable for items that are lost or damaged while in our control. Invoices and relevant shipping documentation must be submitted before packages arrive in Jamaica.

All customers shipping with our company are required to declare the contents of their shipments. If you disagree with this policy, we recommend considering alternative shipping options.

Liability Notice

24-7 Express Shipping is not liable for any loss or damage to customer goods, mail, or shipments prior to their entry into the 24-7 Express Shipping network.

Facilitator Notice

24-7 Express Shipping acts solely as a facilitator and does not engage in the trading of goods. As such, we are not responsible for losses resulting from incorrect purchases, items that do not perform as described, or discrepancies between item performance and the seller’s description.

We are also not liable for any loss or damage to goods that are not properly packaged according to shipping requirements and best practices. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipments are prepared to withstand the transit process.

Packaging Responsibility and Dispute Notice

Proper packaging is the sole responsibility of the shipper or merchant. 24-7 Express Shipping is not liable for ensuring items are packaged correctly or safely and will not be held responsible for damage to fragile or breakable items. All claims related to packaging or damage must be resolved directly between you and the seller. We will not mediate or participate in any disputes between you and the seller.

Liability for Lost or Misdelivered Items

24-7 Express Shipping is not responsible or liable for the loss of cash, online purchases, items delivered to incorrect addresses, or stolen goods before they enter our facility.

Liability and Settlement Notice

If 24-7 Express Shipping is found liable for consequential loss under any circumstances, the maximum settlement for uninsured shipments is capped at US$50.00.

Claim and Settlement Policy

The total liability of 24-7 Express Shipping is limited to US$50.00. We provide insurance coverage up to this amount; for coverage exceeding this limit, arrangements must be made through a third party. Customers are required to contact our office prior to placing an order if additional coverage is needed. For shipments valued at US$200.00 or more, notification to 24-7 Express Shipping before shipping is mandatory.
